EXPANDED ACCESS POLICY FOR OBP-301 (Telomelysin™)
Oncolys USA Inc. (“Oncolys USA”) is a subsidiary of Oncolys BioPharma Inc., a Japanese biopharmaceutical company dedicated in the development of oncolytic virus through innovative virology-based technologies for patients suffering from intractable cancers. Our lead investigational product is OBP-301.
Expanded Access (also known as compassionate use) provides investigational medicines to patients with serious or life-threatening conditions who are not eligible for clinical trials and lack alternative treatment options.
At this time, Oncolys USA is not offering its investigational products through Expanded Access. Our priority is to develop safe and effective therapies and make them available as quickly as possible to patients. We remain committed to evaluating expanded access as our programs progress.
We encourage patients to consult with their healthcare providers and consider participation in Oncolys’ clinical trials, which remains the most appropriate way to access our investigational therapies.
