HAYA Therapeutics is currently developing HTX-001 for the treatment of symptomatic nonobstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. HTX-001 is in an early-stage clinical trial evaluating initial safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics. Given this early stage of development, HAYA Therapeutics is not currently offering expanded access (single-patient or otherwise) to HTX-001. Sufficient safety and efficacy data to support a favorable risk-benefit determination outside the controlled trial setting do not yet exist, and drug supply is limited to trial requirements.
